Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are sent from the Netherlands with PostNL. International orders are also sent through PostNL and are brought to your doorstep by local delivery services.

  • I aim to dispatch orders within 2 workdays, but please allow for up to 5 workdays. This Maybe Altar shop is a one-person-show and sometimes I need a little more time to process your orders. It is worth the wait, though. I cram all the love I can into your packages. Please contact me at if you need your order sooner to see what is possible.

  • If you order from outside the EU import duties & fees may apply. Please be aware that these costs are to be paid by the customer.


  • I of course hope you are happy with your Maybe Altar package, but if this is not the case please contact me at before returning anything.

  • In compliance with local laws & regulations you have 14 days to inform me of your intent to return (an) item(s) and then another 14 days to return said item(s). Please be aware that some products may not be returned once the protective seal has been broken, such as Energy Mists, Herbal Incenses, Oil Elixirs and tarot decks. 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after I have received your return. Unless otherwise agreed, postage costs for returns are paid by the customer.

  • I love to do whatever possible to make sure you are happy with your order, so please do let me know if you are not.
