A Meditation For Breathing Through Tough Times

This month's meditation is a little different. This month we're not going to explore or discover, we're going to pause and breathe through the tough times. It is a moment of rest and a loving message from me to you.

 

 

This is a guided meditation, so all you have to do is find yourself a comfortable space, maybe some headphones, and join me for a couple minutes of centering and unwinding.
